Caroline Corbasson, ‘Blackout Book (Ucello)’, 2013, galerie l'inlassable

Each repdroduction was torn from her page, her wall. The master paintings have disappeared. Their frames become windows, cenotaphs, open onto empty spaces and nebulas dotted with stars. This work calls the visual memory of the reader, which arise from these monochromatic ranges, memories of shapes and colors. The masterpieces are gathered under one sky - the late artists have returned to dust in the vastness.

Signature: This work is signed by the artist on verso and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
