If the Total Purchase Price is equal to or less than $50,000, upon auction close the buyer authorizes us to immediately charge the credit card provided to us during registration. If the Total Purchase Price is greater than $50,000, upon auction close the buyer will receive an invoice with the option to pay by credit card or wire transfer. If for any reason the buyer owes sales tax after the purchase price was collected, Artsy will charge the credit card provided to us during registration for that sales tax upon notice from the seller that sales tax is due. If any credit card payment is not approved, the buyer will remain personally liable for all amounts otherwise due.
