Finally, it has remained in excellent condition since being completed by Hirst in 2009 at the Pinchuk Art Centre to celebrate his Requiem, is hand signed on the front in the lower right corner, as well as stamp-signed, dated and copyright stamped on the verso and comes with a Gallery Letter of Authenticity.
