Oklahoma–Vietnamese artist Denise Duong is a narrative painter who constructs whimsical pieces from paper, acrylic, and ink. Drawing from her own nomadic yearning, Duong’s storytelling places characters in enigmatic adventures of love and life through richly hued collages. She attended school at the University of Central Oklahoma and the School of the Arts Institute of Chicago. Duong exhibits widely across the United States.
