This piece is available in two editions: large-scale UV prints at 72 x 48 in for $5500 and smaller, framed archival pigment prints at 26 x 17 in for $850.

Series
For the 18th century philosopher Immanuel Kant, the feeling of the sublime arose from overcoming the fear of one’s inability to grasp the magnitude of nature. The Homemade Landscape photography series offers a more feminine take on the sublime: the feeling of awe that arises when time stands still in moments of the intimate. The images tap into desires of exploration and the evocative pull of imaginary worlds. The scenes are of everyday moments encountered by the artist, often unconstructed and found in her apartment, that reveal the feeling of the sublime as it occurs as a time-out-of-time experience in everyday life. The artworks are posted on Instagram and geo-tagged as an other “sublime” location, treating the social media platform as both an art medium and subject. There are over 200 artworks in this series, a selection of which is shown here. Editions vary from large UV Prints on Dibond or Cotton Rag, medium-sized framed archival pigment prints, and small light boxes. Please inquire for availability of mediums and to see more from the series.
