This photograph is part of George Diebold's series of 12, titled Matchbook Dreams, which was completed in one session and consisted of repeating the process of igniting and extinguishing matchbooks in order to discover the shapes and characters within each curl of smoke.

Diebold's photographs are printed meticulously on Fuji Crystal Archival paper, and are available un-mounted, museum quality matted and framed or plexiglas laminated. each photo is available in Editions of 8, including 4 artist proofs, with the exception of smaller Giclée prints, which are limited to editions of 25 with 4 artist proofs.
