Ifeanyi Onganwu is a designer and architect who owns an outstanding minimalist and futuristic vision that is harmoniously expressed in the style of his work. As an artist and designer of Nigerian origin, he is a world citizen who seeks inspiration from diverse sources across the globe. These wide-ranging influences vary from the residual undercurrents of Miesian modernism and its significance to the performative potential of materials in relation to the body, all of which operate at the intersections of art, architecture and design.

Inspired by metropolitan skylines mirrored on bodies of water, Cityscapes seeks to unify natural and manmade landscapes. Here, the functional support acts as a horizon line from which shards are reflected to create interactive elements with varying geometric intricacy.
Works in the collection include a double ring, large earrings, and a pair of cufflinks, all of which grow from aggregated clusters of folded shards – the primary unit of the designs.
