This is a piece in my series dealing with the refugee and migration problem. Artist Ilse Bolle used natural materials and colors exclusively to create this three-dimensional artwork. This piece is made of encaustic over handmade paper, tamarisk, waxed linen, wire and found objects. It is wired to be hung horizontally or vertically.
