Judy Langille is a nationally acclaimed fiber artist and art educator who works with textiles, quilt art and hand dyed fabrics. Langille’s varied compositions develop from an improvisational and experimental process involving silk screening, stenciling with ripped paper, and adding and subtracting layers of texture, color, and shape. Langille has received grants from the Geraldine Dodge Foundation, and has taught at a variety of levels, including K-8 in several New Jersey and New York school districts, college level at William Paterson University and adults at the Newark Museum.
