Jung’s works are based on the visual concept of Multi perspective. Jung Hur’s stylized pair of shapes that represents a key and keyhole open the door to many philosophical ideas. This painting investigates the notion that many different perspectives take on not only a shape but that that together they create a textured aesthetic. This suggests that truth is more something of our sensibilities than of objective fact. The green feels like a vibrant, growing sense of life in an indeterminately vast whiteness of space. The process of a painting like this takes a tremendous amount of time, but with more details, we don’t necessarily see something more specific, but often a subject more vast and diaphanous than ever.
