Created as part of the artist’s Icon suite in 1990, Smiling Face is a color screenprint by Keith Haring created during his lifetime, published shortly after his death. The artwork is hand-signed, dated and numbered by Julia Gruen (Executor for the Keith Haring Estate), with the estate stamp and authentication, verso, the artwork measuring 22 ½ x 26 3/8 in (57 x 67 cm), unframed. It is from the edition of 250 plus 25 artist proofs. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Michael Lisi Contemporary Art, NYC.
