Lori Fox, ‘New Moon "Recharge"’, 2017, Jen Mauldin Gallery

The moon is a symbol of time and cycles as it faithfully reflects the source light each night. Each phase holds our oceans tides, ancient farming wisdom, as well as spiritual meanings for our internal seasons. These paintings focus on each individual cycle and it's deeper meaning. These were painted in sets of 2 for the waxing and waning phases and it is suggested that they are bought in pairs (ex/ First Quarter & Last Quarter, Waxing Gibbous & Waning Gibbous).
