French architect and decorator Paul Dupré-Lafon was known for his creations in the Art Deco style, an eclectic mode that combined traditional craft motifs with industrial imagery and materials. His geometric forms and exacting volumes harnessed the intrinsic properties of his chosen materials, allowed to shine through by virtue of his minimalist designs. These classic 20th-century pieces came in the form of tables, desks, chairs, sofas, lighting and lamps, clocks, and accessories, many of which are still in production today.
