Pazu Chan, ‘(People's Chefs) - Ashley Palmer-Watts’, 2012, Art Beatus

Having worked in a restaurant at the age of 14, Palmer-Watts’ passion of cooking has only grown fonder ever since. In 1999, Palmer-Watts joined The Fat Duck and was promoted Sous-Chef de Cuisine in two years before becoming Executive Chef of the restaurant in 2003. Palmer-Watts was eventually assigned to be the Head Chef of Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner in 2010
