Pazu Chan, ‘(People's Chefs) - Chris King’, 2012, Art Beatus

Born in 1983, King has always wanted to become a chef since young. Although never enrolled in any Chef Academy, King has worked extensively in different fine-dining restaurants and shadowed the French celebrity master chef Michel Roux Jr. at Le Gavroche, where he has worked for 8 years. King has also worked in Per Se in New York under Thomas Keller, before returning to London and managing Roux at Parliament and Roux at the Landau on behalf of Roux Jr.
