Executive Chef at Dining Concepts Limited Hong Kong.
Born and bred in Canada, Mark has been building up his chef and restaurateur career since 16. Having spent years in Shanghai and Barbados, Mark has worked at Grand Hyatt Tokyo and visited Hong Kong for the first time in 1995. Year 2005 sees the return of Mark to the city, where the chef joins Dining Concepts and currently manages 19 restaurants. Mark is currently the Culinary Director for Black Sheep Restaurants.
