From the Lower East Side of New York City, Goldstein is an expert in smoker and slow-cooker recipes. As a veteran chef who has worked extensively around the globe, Goldstein is fluent in 5 languages. At the age of 28, Goldstein was appointed Executive Chef at Shangri-La’s China World Hotel in Beijing, managing 450 employees in 21 restaurants. Having set foot in Hong Kong for 17 years, Goldstein has earned his reputation as the “Number One Celebrity Chef of Hong Kong” and currently owns many of the city’s most-visited restaurants. He enjoys the glamorous city life and shares his passion amongst various hobbies.
