Pazu Chan, ‘(People's Chefs) - Mak Kwai Pui & Leung Fai Keung’, 2011, Art Beatus

Mak, former dim sum chef at Lung King Heen (Michelin three-starred restaurant), Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong; Leung, former dim sum chef at Ho Choi Seafood Restaurant in Sheung Wan. Having known each other for over 30 years, the duo teamed up in 2009 and opened the famous dim sum eatery Tim Ho Wan, which was awarded Michelin One Star. The Shamshuipo branch has also been awarded Michelin One Star in 2010 and remains one of the most visited dim sum eateries in town.
