Created by a commercial advertising agency, as if commissioned by the British government's The Department for Business, Innovation & Skills. The advert is a pasted poster and can be displayed either singularly or in any multiple within a tiled arrangement. There is the possibility for the tiling to spread across the corner of a space or across different spaces.
