‘SCRIBE Winery Hacienda Tasting’, Headlands Center for the Arts: Benefit Auction 2017

Spend a day in the historic, mission-style Hacienda on the Scribe Estate vineyards, recently opened in January 2017. The original structure was built toward the end of the 19th century by Emil and Julius Dresel, and painstakingly restored by Scribe's owners and vintners, Andrew and Adam Mariani.

Enjoy a private 90-minute guided tasting experience at the Hacienda inside one of the homestead’s eclectic sitting rooms, at tables in the sun-drenched courtyard, or nestled cozily on the porch, all overlooking the adjacent Scribe Estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards. In addition to the tasting, guests are served an array of small, seasonal dishes, which change weekly and feature produce grown in the Scribe garden as well ingredients from some of our favorite local farms.

Take home a stash of picnic supplies to enjoy before you embark on your tasting journey, including:

Picnic Chop Block & Leather Scabbard designed by Scott Tal
Headlands Predator Tea Towel designed by Tucker Nichols
Handwoven shibori and adire dyed blanket designed by Lookout & Wonderland
A sampling of Scribe wines: 2013 Estate Chardonnay; 2016 Rosé of Pinot Noir; 2015 Carneros Pinot Noir

Group of 4; sold as a single package
To be redeemed by June 2018
