Taezoo Park is a new media artist and digitalogist based in New York City whose work explores analog and digital technologies. Park pushes new artistic forms through his unique use of digital media, emphasizing the existent ‘character’ within an abandoned and forgotten technology. Park was awarded "The Best Project" at the DUMBO Arts Festival in 2014. His work has been featured on ABC news, BBC news, Open Journal System: Continent, Gizmodo, SciArt, World Maker Faire, and CHI(Computer-Human Interaction). Park's work has been exhibited at SPRING/BREAK Art Show, Contemporary Art Fair NYC, New Museum Ideas City, Governors Island Art Fair, Portal Art Fair at Federal Hall National Memorial, Harvestworks, Ca’ d’Oro Gallery, Clemente Center, ACE Hotel, Cornell University, Pratt DDA Gallery, Pratt Manhattan Gallery, Lower East Side Ecology Center, Northside Festival, World Trade Gallery, Made in NY Media Center by IFP, Barnes & Noble, and World Trade Center.
