Victor Spahn is a French painter of Russian origin, born March 20, 1949 in Paris. He is nicknamed the "painter of the movement".
His technique creates a movement for sports paintings (golfers, Formula 1, polo players, boats, etc.).
Known among others for his paintings of golfers, or for the creation of the poster of the 1st Open of Paris-Bercy in 1986 (tennis) and for the poster of the Grand Prix de France Formula 1 of 1992
