This work is expected to be shown in Cherkassky's upcoming one-person exhibition at the Israel Museum in May 2017.
A painting project dealing with the Russian immigration to Israel at the beginning of the 90‘, focusing both on Ukraine and Israel, before and after the ‘Aliyah’.
Cherkassky is referring to all kinds of clichés and stereotypes as well as ceremonial and habits regarding the immigration in a critical ironic way.
