Auttrianna Projects: Benefit Auction 2022

In collaboration with Artsy, Auttrianna Projects is thrilled to announce our inaugural Art Fundraiser.

We are raising funds to support artists of African and Indigenous descent globally through film, publications and programming. For this year's fundraiser, we have been fortunate to partner with artists spanning the U.S., Caribbean, Brazil and Europe. And we're grateful to be able to donate a portion of proceeds to Hurricane Fiona Relief via local mutual aid funds through Fiona Community Response Fund.

This year's artists include Artsy Vanguard 2022 artist Anthony Akinbola, Mare Residency Alumni Yelaine Rodriguez, Taína Cruz, biarritzzz, Jazmine Hayes and many more. Exploring the diversity and complexities of current Afro-Diasporic production, the selections of works span photography, painting, sculpture and video.

Bidding will be open exclusively on Artsy and will begin to close at 12:00 pm EST on Tuesday, December 13th 2022.

About Auttrianna Projects:
Auttrianna Projects is a multidisciplinary art platform that supports African, Asian and Indigenous artistic production through publications, residencies and special projects. Following Mare Residency, Auttrianna Projects will continue and extend the work of connecting artists throughout diasporas within existing, living and digital spaces.

About The Fiona Community Response Fund:
The Fiona Community Response Fund aims to address BOTH the immediate humanitarian needs AND long-term power-building work to advance an equitable recovery.
The Fiona Community Response Fund is led by a coalition of community-led organizations working on immediate response to fulfill needs over the short- and long-term. It is a partnership of approximately 25 organizations, including:

Each work ships from a different location, as noted on the individual lot pages. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The countdown timer on the artwork pages will display the end time for the lot. Each lot closes in 1-minute increments and will be reset to 2 minutes if a bid is placed within the 2 minutes before the lot's scheduled closing time. For further information please see our FAQ.
