Center for Photography at Woodstock: Benefit Auction 2024

The Center for Photography at Woodstock + Artsy are thrilled to present CPW's 2024 Benefit Auction, featuring contemporary and historical photographs by over 60 artists.

This year's auction will feature work from three categories: modernist and 20th century prints; contemporary photographs; and work by former CPW artists-in-residence. We are especially proud to present a selection of work by artists from our renowned Woodstock AIR program in celebration of its 25th anniversary.

Auction proceeds will provide invaluable support to CPW at a transformative moment in its evolution and growth. After 45 years in Woodstock, the non-profit recently moved to Kingston, where it purchased a historic factory building in the industrial heart of the city. The architectural firm Lopergolo + Bartling will begin renovations on the building this fall, creating the spaces that will house CPW's exhibitions, workshops, lectures, artist talks, film screenings, and more.

Looking forward to increasing its impact in and offerings to the upstate photographic community, CPW continues to build every day on its mission of supporting artists working in photography and related media; and engaging audiences through creation, discovery, and learning.

We are deeply grateful to the participating photographers and their galleries, CPW's board members, other supporters, and other artist representatives who have made this effort possible. Thank you.

Bidding will be open exclusively on Artsy and will begin to close at 12pm EDT on June 13, 2024.

The countdown timer on the artwork pages will display the end time for the lot. Each lot closes in 1-minute increments and will be reset to 2 minutes if a bid is placed within the 2 minutes before the lot's scheduled closing time. For further information please see our FAQ

Each work ships from a different location, as noted on the individual lot pages. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
