Feminist Center for Creative Work: Benefit Auction 2021

The Feminist Center for Creative Work is bringing our values to our first-ever art auction. Since 2020, we've moved from an LA-based in-person community, into the global, digital sphere and found our programs and publications reaching people around the world, who are looking to critique, learn, share, and deepen the political value of their lives and creative practices. Growth like this takes resources, and so we're incredibly honored to have the support of the artists who donated their work to this auction, including Andrea Bowers, Fiona Connor, Alexandra Grant, Nasim Hantehzadeh, Gelare Khoshgozaran, Candice Lin, Hana Ward, Jennifer Moon, Marcel Pardo Ariza, Young Joon Kwak, and Adee Roberson amongst manny more. Please note that California sales tax applies to any work shipping to or being picked up in the state of California, and will automatically be applied to the purchase price based on each winning bidder’s registration address. If the Total Purchase Price is equal to or less than $50,000, upon auction close the buyer authorizes us to immediately charge the credit card provided to us during registration. If the Total Purchase Price is greater than $50,000, upon auction close the buyer will receive an invoice with the option to pay by credit card or wire transfer. If for any reason the buyer owes sales tax after the purchase price was collected, Artsy will charge the credit card provided to us during registration for that sales tax upon notice from the seller that sales tax is due. If any credit card payment is not approved, the buyer will remain personally liable for all amounts otherwise due.
