Please note that this auction will be conducted in Pound Sterling and that all lots are subject to a Buyer's Premium + VAT, details of which can be found in Forum's Terms and Conditions.
Per Forum's Terms and Conditions:
Buyer's Premium - The Terms of Sale oblige you to pay a buyer's premium on the hammer price of each lot purchased. All lots are offered under the Auctioneer's Margin Scheme and VAT (at 20%) is included within the buyer's premium. Buyer’s premium is charged per lot at 26% of the hammer price (31.2% including VAT) up to and including £20,000, 25% (30% including VAT) of the hammer price from £20,001 up to and including £500,000, 20% (24% including VAT) of the hammer price from £500,001 up to and including £1,000,000, and 12.5% of the hammer price (15% including VAT) in excess of £1,000,000. Buyers wishing to purchase outside of the margin scheme must notify us and will be subject to VAT (at 20%) on the hammer price in addition to buyer's premium and any other applicable charges. This may be reclaimed as input tax or in the event of export outside of the UK.
