Kings County Tennis League: Benefit Auction 2022

The tennis and art worlds are coming together during the 2022 U.S. Open in support of the Kings County Tennis League (KCTL), which is hosting its inaugural art benefit auction. Among the eighteen artists participating in this sale—who have a shared passion for tennis and the work of KCTL—are Eddie Martinez, Ethan Cook, and Ryan Travis Christian.

Bidding will take place exclusively on Artsy and will begin to close at 12:00pm EDT on Monday, September 12th.

Kings County Tennis League (KCTL) combines tennis and education to spark the potential of children living in and around public housing, in Brooklyn, NY. KCTL aims to eliminate the physical and financial barriers to tennis and does this by utilizing and renovating unused play spaces in NYCHA Housing Developments, taking their innovative programming directly into the community. KCTL strives to make the sport of tennis more attainable and equitable for all children in Brooklyn. The organization was founded in 2010 and is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
