Kings County Tennis League: Paint the Lines Benefit Auction 2023

Though artists often strive to color outside of them, painting the lines is essential in tennis. It is both an act of collective creation - drawing the boundaries of the court to make a surface playable - and individual achievement: a shot so precise in its placement that it becomes unreachable. During the 2023 U.S. Open, we're bringing tennis and art together to help make an impact on an extraordinary group of kids as they navigate life within, outside and right on the lines.

Friedrich Kunath, Derek Aylward and Todd Bienvenu are among the thirty one artists participating in this sale - who have a shared passion for tennis and the work of KCTL.

Bidding will take place exclusively on Artsy and will begin to close at 12:00pm EDT on Monday, September 11th.
