Phillips: Evening & Day Editions (October 2020)

Artsy presents Phillips: Evening & Day Editions, featuring works by Ed Ruscha, Andy Warhol, KAWS, and more. In advance of the auction, browse lots and place max bids before live bidding begins on Wednesday, October 21st at 5:00pm ET.

The sale is broken up into three parts:
Evening Sale: (Lots 1 - 68) will begin Wednesday, October 21st at 5:00pm ET
Day Sale: Morning Session (Lots 69 - 148) will begin Thursday, October 22nd at 10:00am ET
Day Sale: Afternoon Session (Lots 149 - 250) will begin Thursday, October 22nd at 2:00pm ET

When the sale opens, all pre-registered Artsy users can participate and watch the bidding unfold in real time. Any registration after Tuesday, October 20th at 5:00pm ET will be held pending review.

Important Note: As part of the bidder registration process Artsy requires ID documents and credit card verification. Winning bidders via Artsy also agree to provide Phillips with Government Issued Photo ID and Permanent Residential Address documentation per Phillips' Know Your Client policies (KYC).

Please note that there is an updated Buyer's Premium for this sale. The new Buyer’s Premium structure is as follows:
- 26% on the hammer price up to and including $600,000
- 21% on the portion of the hammer price above $600,000 up to and including $6,000,000
- 14.5% on the portion of the hammer price above $6,000,000
