Your winning bid will be considered a contribution to Swing Left and as such is subject to FEC rules and regulations:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder); Any winning bid/contribution shall be paid from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution; Any winning bid/contribution is being paid with your own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person; You are at least eighteen years old; You are not a federal contractor; If requested, you will report your name, mailing address, occupation and the name of employer if your aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Consistent with federal law, Swing Left makes federal contributions from one account (the “Contribution Account”) and engages in the rest of its political activity from the other account (the “Non-Contribution Account”). Individuals and Federal PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to the Contribution Account and may contribute an unlimited amount to the Non-Contribution Account. The first $5,000 of your contribution will be deposited in the Contribution Account and the remainder in the Non-Contribution Account. You may also designate a different allocation formula if desired. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to the Contribution Account.

You are in compliance with all federal, state and local campaign finance laws and regulations applicable to you and any winning bid/contribution.

Winning bidders will be put in touch with Swing Left to process payment. Works can be picked up at NADA as available, or shipping can be arranged for an additional cost.
