Lumi Tan's Picks from LE PARI(S)
This collection of works selected by Lumi Tan, curator at The Kitchen, New York, reflects a time when travel is restricted, and art works can act as both portals to different cultures and perspectives we miss in our isolation. However, it is also a reflection of a comfort we can find in domesticity, nature, and other forms of intimacy. It includes an intergenerational group of artists working in a variety of mediums as one might find on a typical day visiting galleries in Paris—a once routine exercise now made extraordinary.
