About
Eastend Studio & Gallery is a nonprofit art space that offers exhibition programming, and showcases works by local and regional artists. Mediums include paintings, sculptures, fine art jewelry, glass, and range from fine art to original decorative pieces.
Eastend started as an art co-op in 2006 in downtown Marshall, MI. In the following years, Eastend has grown in membership, has become a managed gallery, developed an active education and exhibitions program, and received a nonprofit status in 2011, when the nonprofit acquired the historic Wagner’s Block Building. Eastend is proud to showcase local and regional art for buyers to choose from to display in their homes, but also exhibits obscure mediums in their Larson Exhibition Room. Exhibitions also include shows intended to showcase art by minority artists or underrepresented groups. Gallery staff work hard to showcase a spectrum of the decorative arts as well as contemporary fine art and installation.
