Moving Image Istanbul 2015
About the Fair
Moving Image was established as an occasion for a handful of international galleries and non-profit institutions to show film, video, and digital artworks in the vibrant, energetic context of an art fair. Galleries, non-profit institutions, artists, collectors, art lovers and professionals convene in three cities—New York, London, Istanbul—throughout the year for three distinct editions of Moving Image, each featuring a wide range of contemporary moving image works from all over the world.
Moving Image Istanbul 2015 takes place from 4–6 September at the Kuleli Building of the Haliç Congress Center in Beyoğlu, one of the city's best known cultural districts. Galleries and non-profit institutions participate by invitation only, selected by a Curatorial Advisory Committee with a view to exploring the breadth of moving image work, including single-channel videos, projections, video sculptures, and large video installations.

Moving Image Istanbul will once more be awarding The Borusan Contemporary Art Collection Prize at this year's edition of the fair. The award funds the acquisition of an artwork exhibited at the fair for The Borusan Contemporary Art Collection, housed in the historic Perili Köşk mansion on the upper Bosphorous.
