Headlands Center for the Arts: Benefit Auction 2019

Headlands Center for the Arts is a multidisciplinary, international arts center that provides an unparalleled environment for the creative process and the development of new work and ideas. Located 15 minutes outside of San Francisco just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, Headlands is nestled in a cluster of artist-rehabilitated military buildings in the Golden Gate National Recreation area. Since its founding in 1982, Headlands has supported nearly 1,500 artists, including notable alumni such as Julie Mehretu, Hank Willis Thomas, Larry Sultan, Toyin Ojih Odutola, Brad Kahlhamer, Tania Bruguera, Ann Hamilton, Rebecca Solnit, Lewis Hyde, Will Oldham, and Andrea Zittel.

Headlands’ Benefit Art Auction is the organization’s biggest fundraising event and one of the Bay Area’s favorite venues for cutting-edge art. Proceeds directly support Headlands’ mission, artists, and public programs. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit headlands.org/auction.
