About
In 1977 Vittorio Poleschi founded Poleschi Arte in Lucca and in 2000 it moved to Milan. After Vittorio's son, Andrea Poleschi took over in 2018, the gallery became Ambrosiana Art Gallery. In 2025, Ambrosiana Art Gallery becomes finally Poleschi Fine Art.
In 1977 Vittorio Poleschi founded Poleschi Arte, an innovative art gallery which presented an extensive list of 20th-century artists, from Matta to Tozzi, from Licini to Adami, from Castellani to Arman. In 2000, the gallery opened a new headquarters in Milan and in 2014, a branch in Pietrasanta. In 2017, it hosted the solo retrospective of Piero Gilardi titled "Natura Espansa." In 2018, the leadership passed to Vittorio's son, Andrea Poleschi, and the name was changed to Ambrosiana Art Gallery. In 2022, an important solo exhibition of Valerio Adami was inaugurated. In 2025, Ambrosiana Art Gallery becomes Poleschi Fine Art, continuing its legacy with a renewed focus on presenting modern and contemporary artists through a fresh and innovative perspective.
