The Galleria Antonella Villanova, founded in 2008 in Florence, promotes the work of internationally-known jewelry artists who offer a new aesthetic and conceptual interpretation of the ornament, innovating the technical quality of traditional jewelry through the use of often-ancient practices, with materials and forms in line with contemporary moods, although clearly part of the long history of jewelry making. Over the years, the Gallery has always complemented exhibitions and the promotion of contemporary jewelry with small projects linked to design and contemporary art, with the intention of creating a place where various disciplines can dialogue with one another.
