Founded 2020 by Marie von Papen, Barn Bradenstoke presents selected emerging contemporary artists through a diverse programme of curated exhibitions, lectures, workshops and various innovative formats in a collaborative setting. The gallery program focusses on current contemporary positions in figurative painting, sculpture and postpop art. The gallery is a primary representative for the work of Pato Bosich, Konstantin Sotnikov, Robert Elfgen, Stefan Rinck, Zhivago Duncan, Johann Brandstetter.
Barn Bradenstoke aims to unfold and display a sustainable, sensitive culture that responds to nature’s needs and refers to nature’s insights as a source of inspiration and as measure of impacts on available resources, with a core interest in the aesthetics, politics and discourse of art & nature.
