Galleria Doris Ghetta

Galleria Doris Ghetta is a contemporary art gallery based in Gherdëina/Val Gardena Italy, in the heart of Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. In close connection with the Ladin language minority and its culture, Galleria Doris Ghetta promotes the flourishing of contemporary art, the development of critical thinking and the education in art and culture through interchange between local artists and the most contemporary international art research. Founded in 2014 by Doris Ghetta in an industrial 400sqm exhibition space in Ortisei, the gallery welcomed a young and dedicated partner, Eleonora Castagna, in autumn 2021, and opened a second venue in Milan. This marks a new orientation, which aims to create an intimate and inclusive space for exploration, bringing together intenational and locals.
