La Galerie 38

"In art there are no boundaries." This quote from Victor Hugo perfectly represents the state of mind of the creators of La Galerie 38. Born in 2010 in Casablanca from a meeting between two art lovers, Fihr Kettani and Mohammed Chaoui El Faiz, La Galerie 38 is historically located in the heart of the Studio des Arts Vivants, a cultural and artistic centre which also houses the School of Performing Arts and a professional theatre. Working since the beginning to promote contemporary art in Casablanca, it is now in Marrakech that La Galerie 38 is established to continue this work. A second space opened its doors in 2023 an ideal location in the heart of the Guéliz district where history and modernism coexist.
