Lumiere Gallery, founded in 2001 in Moscow, specializes in the art of photography.
The Gallery presents vintage, late and modern prints of limited-edition Russian authors, as well as classics of Soviet photography. As a member of the international photographic market for many years, the Gallery has established strong relations with photographers and foundations to find the best examples of outstanding masters of European and American photography.
During the existence, the Gallery has organized more than 200 exhibitions, published 11 author's monographs on the Soviet period in photography. Since 2005, the Gallery has advised and curated private and corporate collections of Russian, European, and American photography of the XX and XXI centuries.
