MCMC was founded in 2014, by María Calcaterra in Buenos Aires (Argentina), with the aim of giving visibility and new forms of approach to modern and contemporary artists from Latin America. Since its opening, MCMC presented renowned individual exhibitions dedicated to Jorge De La Vega, Edgardo A. Vigo, Edgardo Giménez, Rogelio Polesello as well as outstanding collective exhibitions such as Geometric Abstraction, Argentine Kinetic Art, Pop & Post Pop, among others. MCMC understands the importance of participating actively in the international art market scene, as well as working in collaboration with public institutions, private collections, museums and other cultural organizations in the expansion of aesthetic knowledge, providing a careful approach to the important legacy of the artists
