Modern Fine Art

Modern Fine Art is a new gallery specializing in 20 th century and Contemporary art, founded by Ray Waterhouse, the dealer and art advisor with 40 years art market experience. The gallery is based in New York with an office in London, and will continue the mix of artistic styles on which Ray built his reputation, with Picasso and Chagall hung alongside American Post-War and established Contemporary artists. Ray Waterhouse was the majority owner and founder in 1987 of Waterhouse & Dodd, which went on to hold significant exhibitions and show at major fairs such as TEFAF. Modern Fine Art continues in the existing gallery on the Upper East Side, 15, East 76th Street. It will hold 4 gallery shows a year, and exhibit at fairs such as Art Miami, Art Palm Beach and Treasure House in London.
