The Non-Violence Project Foundation is a Swiss-based nonprofit organisation using the power of education to reduce violence. Since our launch in 1993 we have trained and educated some 9 million young people, students, sport coaches in 30 countries on five continents. In 2014 our education programs were said to be among the best in the world by President Barack Obama. We believe no one is born violent and that violence is learned behaviour. Conversely, if young people can learn to be violent, they can also learn to be non-violent. Our programs cover topics such as conflict management, bullying, harassment, racism and multicultural differences.
