About
Established in 1984, the Serge Sorokko Gallery has built a solid reputation on its fine collection of post-war and contemporary art by internationally recognized artists. Located in the heart of Union Square in downtown San Francisco, the gallery features a range of original work - from painting and sculpture to works on paper and photography. The gallery has also played a pivotal role in organizing many of the first cultural exchanges between the U.S. and post-Soviet Russia, including the 1989 museum exhibition of celebrated New York artists in Moscow.
Since 2000, the Serge Sorokko Gallery has been publishing photography and fine art prints. Among the projects the Serge Sorokko Editions has undertaken are the BAM Photography Portfolios.
