SPARC* Spazio Arte Contemporanea

SPARC* Spazio Arte Contemporanea is a gallery and project space located in the heart of Venice. Since 2017, SPARC* runs a program of contemporary art and design exhibitions, curated by the directors Francesca Giubilei and Luca Berta (also founders of the Venice Design Biennial), or by guest curators. SPARC* focuses on mid-career international artists, and emerging talents living and working in Italy. SPARC* is a branch of VeniceArtFactory, an organization specializing in the development of international projects and curatorial formats, working with foundations, museums, institutions and galleries from across the world to produce exhibitions in the context of the Venice Biennale.
