Gallery mission is popularization and promotion of contemporary Georgian art worldwide. Vanda Gallery has a wide experience in forming private and corporate art collections in Georgia and abroad, as well as exhaustive consultation service for collectors.
Vanda gallery (formerly “Hobby Gallery”) – the oldest and very first private gallery in Georgia, founded by twin siblings Alexander and Vanda Mujiri in 1993 is located in the historical district of Tbilisi – Sololaki. Gallery’s history counts over 500 group and solo shows, charitable exhibitions and auctions. Vanda Gallery works with more than 120 artists, some of whom are exclusively represented by the gallery, actively collaborates with foreign artists and galleries from many countries. Gallery has participated in such major art events, festivals and fairs as ArtExpo NewYork, Art Basel Miami, Deco-In, Messe Berlin, Art Fair Ankara, Art Manezh Moscow, Art Kiev, Boston International Art Festival, Cultural Village Foundation – Katara, Tbilisi Art Fair (TAF), etc.
