His drawings have been published in numerous magazines, including the prestigious New Yorker, at the age of nineteen and appeared on film sets, notably in Quadrille by Valérie Lemercier. Pierre Le-Tan also illustrated covers of one hundred books, led in a long-term collaboration with Patrick Modiano. Pierre Le-Tan has always been living with images, as his father, Lê Phô, Vietnamese painter who established himself in Paris before World War II.
The exhibition will present a number of recent drawings, the installation Intérieur de fantaisie deploying a drawing which creates a mise en abyme into space and plays with the idea of frame, mysterious old wooden measuring objects and a real frame with a set of drawings in the drawing.
