In celebration of the famed maker of pearls Mikimoto’s 130th Anniversary, A Lighthouse called Kanata has been invited to curate a special exhibition at Mikimoto’s flagship boutique on 730 5th Avenue in New York.  

Entitled “Visions of the Sea - Japanese Art by A Lighthouse called Kanata” and taking place from May 5th to 21st (May 4th invitation only), the works of Kanata both limn and accentuate the refined beauty of Mikimoto’s jewelry, and will be a resplendent display that celebrates the elegance of Japanese aesthetics in the contemporary day and age.
