albertz benda will present Eye Apparatus by Fiete Stolte (b. 1979, Berlin), an interactive installation that addresses the perception of “the eye as a window to the soul.” Stolte has constructed a photo booth that creates unique portrait, in which the silhouetted outline of the person being photographed appears in his or her pupil. Two larger sizes of the ‘portraits’ will be available for purchase through the gallery.
